cant log into account. Need to renew plan.
Cant verify email when press forgot password.

Is it possible that you used different email address during the signup
Can you find the welcome to self-serve email?
Also if you click on the 3 little dots you'll be able to edit your message and remove your personal info
Which method of payment do you intend to use. If you already have registered credit card or if you want to just voucher as people have already pointed you can call 611.

The 611 service is another method to enter a voucher. The voucher number is 12 digits. It might be that the voucher isn't working. You can also use prepaid "credit" card gift cards. Vanilla brand works. Their sister brand MyVanilla didn't work for me.

Does nothing I need moderator to putoney into my plan, I got the PIN number voucher I just need to put it in my account . Gonna quit Publix mobile this is ridiculous

You can pay for your account through calling *611 with the credit card registered in the account or through a voucher while you sort out the selfserve
