Cannot text

I recently joined Public mobile 2 Days ago and cannot text and my number will not verify in iMessage. I can call and use data but no texting. Can someone help me???

Did you took out your physical SIM card. I do have same issue now my phone is working.

You need to re-register iMessage. 

Go to Settings and remove the phone number there.  Then reboot phone.  And then enter the phone number back at the Settings. iMessage will re-register and should be fine after
