Cannot send texts

Just signed up and I cannot send texts:

 

Sorry, your current plan does not include text messaging. To update your plan inculding texting and for info about your account visit selfserver.publicmobile.ca

 

When I visit the webpage and visit my plan I get:
Oh no!
It looks like something went wrong, but don’t panic.

 

Help I cannot text.

@sdavies  Sounds like when you setup your account you might not have included texting, and you have a login issue.

 

Best thing to do is send a private message to one of hte moderators tagged below.  THey can help with your texting and account login.  Be sure to provuide your phooone numebr accounts details to pssed up the processs.
