My current plan has ended, but when I try to renew my plan, it is not working. I now have no phone service.

Update:
Looks like even though the website gave me an error when changing my plan, it renewed my plan, but at the old price which is higher than the current plans.
Public Mobile website is a joke. Needs some serious work.
Can someone please help with my issue?
