I am on the $25 plan which has unlimited Canada wide calling. I’m trying to make a call but getting message that I cannot make a call because I have used all of my outgoing minutes. This is strange

I think this is a system glitch.
Try toggling into airplane mode then back again.
Also, Resetting your Network Settings on the device may set things right again.
If you are still getting this message, ignore it if the call completes.
But if the call does not complete, see @hTideGnow post and contact the Moderators about it.

and check your dial number,
i have that also and when i do check it out the phone number is wrong , you know.

@kanica_sharma19 try adding a 1 in front of the 10 digits number,
like 1-519-123-4567
If it still fails, try reboot your phone and try again.
if it also fails, then you will need to open a ticket for mod :
