Cannot login because number was ported to eSim, but eSim failed installation

I get this message when logging in, after ported my koodo number to an eSim:
 
We’ve noticed you have an active Public Mobile service and would like to confirm your full access.
A 6 digit code associated with your EverSafe ID will be sent to
phone number
. We will need you to confirm this number.
 
I have zero way to get this code. Note This is after doing an initial login with an email code, so this is a 2nd login verification step.
It seems there is zero way to resolve this? Even if I buy a physical sim, I can't login to my account to activate it...

You will only get this 2FA code with the old Koodo SIM in your phone then PM will text you the code to your Koodo number. 

So why is it can’t to get the code?
