Cannot log onto web-based account

I have now received six texts with confirmation codes and keep getting this message after every successful entry: 

"We’ve noticed you have an active Public Mobile service and would like to confirm your full access
A 6 digit code associated with your EverSafe ID will be sent to your phone number. We will need you to confirm this number."
WTH? It's crazy-making, and I can't get into my account to check billing. Yes, I can go via the app, but I prefer to also access it via the website. How do I get out of this loop?

@Rob6552  Maybe try with new webroswer window  and use incognito mode / private mode . Rebbot the device first even . Should also be able to tap the “didn’t get code” and have code sent to email instead and be sure to check off this is trusted device too . Worst case you can ask support to help by using the orange chat icon bottom right of page
