I got an email with promo: $10 credit for anyone who return to Public Mobile. I bought a sim card and started the activation. In the middle of it I hit the back button. After it I could not proceed with activation. The system reject the SIM card number and login (my email). Any possible solution?

PM activation server cannot handle going back a page well.
After going back a page, always restart your browser with a new know session state and try again. Your SIM card may be locked to your failed activation session. Then, go get a coffee and come back after an hour and do the activation again. This is because PM server will release incomplete session after an hour.

Also it's best to just incognito mode with clean cache, don't use appartment number field and avoid space in the postal code
