I am trying to change my plan from a 90day plan to a 30day plan. I am unable to change it. My current plan is expired. I have topped off $20 to my account (which is what is required for my desired plan).
When I click on change plan, it takes me to the build plan screen. After choosing my options, the the box that says "Change on next renewal date" is grey'd out and I cannot click it. Please help me change my plan, as I don't need the original plan anymore.
Otherwise I will lose my phone number... please help!

Accounts and numbers are deactivated after 90 days. The 30 days statement is incorrect. This has been confirmed by the Mods (PM employees) in a number of previous posts. Hope that helps.

Thanks. I will send a private message now with all details.
My account has been suspended for about 29 days. This is what I was confused about. It says Jan 18 (tomorrow) account will be deactivated and the number will be lost. In another place it says 90 days, not 30 days....

Plan changes on suspended accounts need assistance from the moderator team.
Please be aware that they have a higher than usual work load right now. Working on a first come, first serve basis, they will get back to you as soon a they can.

Edit: How long has your account been suspended? You have 90days from your last day of active service until you loose your account and phone number.
