I am trying to activate a new service. I said the SIM Card # was invalid twice and that the user already exists but the account is not created. Please help

@vrouleau, I assume activation failure occured and on subsequent attempt to activate the noted error took place. This is an indication that activation failed at a unrecoverable point.
