Hello,
I have 3 phones with 3 plans. I activated the first plan myself and created an account. the other two were created/activated by a dealer who sold me the sim cards. I cannot access the 2nd and 3rd accounts. When I tried login in the system doesn't recognize my email address. What should I do? Is there a way to access my account using the phone number?

Your selfserve is not created in store only the email is linked to the phone
It would be useful to have printouts from the store for any misspellings, as your need exact emails that were used for the creation of each account

In-store activation requires you to create the self-serve account yourself. Click on My Account and on the right side click create account.

Look through your email accounts for a Welcome message from PM.
