Hi,
I've been trying to activate my SIM card for over an hour. Each time the credit card is not accepted and I'm forced to re-enter all of the information.
I have tried 3 different cards using the exact address on the statement.
There is no problem with the card and in fact I ordered my SIM using one of them without issue.
Each time there is a $0 charge from public mobile on my statement.

I tried unclicking auto pay and still no luck. I guess I'll keep trying and cross my fingers.

I was finally able to activate!
The combination that worked for me was using a VISA and unchecking autopay. The exact same card did not work with autopay checked.

This has happened to myself and thousands of other users in the past couple of weeks. Not a browser or bank or any other reason you'll here. It's simply a problem with the number of users joining a company that clearly was not prepared for it....

Have you called the credit card companies to ask them if the authorizations are being declined for any reason?

Try another card and use another browser or private/incognito mode.
Alternatively, you can purchase public mobile vouchers from local stores.
