Cancelling subscription

I would like to cancel my subscription.  I haven't activated iymt yet since I haven't received the SIM and it's been more than week now. Can someone help.me with this?

since it wasn't fully activated yet, you will have to ask PM to assist with cancelling and ask for possible refund

 Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:

Public Mobile requests that customers allow 10 business days (2 weeks) for shipment of SIM cards.  Unforutnately, refunds aren't usually provided in cases of buyer's remorse.
