I am trying to cancel my subscription but in the Manage Subscription I am not given any option to cancel,

PM is on a 30 day cycle so if you disabled Subscribe after 30 days then you will be charged.

you can't "cancel" your subscription by yourself. Easiest is to log in to your account and disable Subscribed. Your account will Suspend at next renewal...then 90 days later it'll be deactivated for good. Alternative is to keep your Public Mobile account active then you'll be able to port your number to a different network. At that time, your account here will be deactivated automatically. Alternative #2...message Customer Support to remove all payment card info.

On the Manage Subscription page, you will see the toggle Subscribed and you can turn it off and the plan won't renew and you plan will eventually be cancelled
If you really cannot find the toggle, then ask PM to remove credit card. Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
