Despite cancelling my subscription in December, my credit card was charged in both January and February. I would like a refund.

How did you cancel your subscription?
Only ways to cancel are:
- Login to your account and disable the Subscribe button in the Payment section and it will cancel after 90 days of nonpayment.
- Port your number over to another carrier.
Please note that PM is a prepaid service and there are no refunds but you can DM a CS_Agent for a refund but don’t hold your breath.
