Hello, I subscribed for a few days before getting a better offer at another courier. Will I be refunded the subscription fee I paid? How will that be calculated and when can I expect to get it. Thanks
PM is a prepaid service carrier and do not provide refund.
To minimize the lost, use your PM until closer to end of your current cycle before porting out. Or port out on the last day before your winback offer expires
