I would like to cancel line that I no longer need, is there a way is self-serve for me to cancel it?

If you no longer need it because you've decided that another carrier better suits your needs and want to transfer the number, you'll need to make sure your Public Mobile is still active while you do that. As said earlier, make sure you disable autopay/removed any credit/debit cards from your account so that there's no possibility of continued charges.

No, it's a prepaid line. Log into the account and make sure autopay is disabled, so the plan doesn't renew. Any remaining funds in the account are forfeited. The line will work until the current plan cycle is complete.
