Cancel subscription

Please advise on how to cancel my subscription.

@Pepe2019  If you're completely done with PM and don't need the phone number in your account there is always the brute force method. Suspend your payment card just before the next payment date which will cause the account to be suspended and automatic renewal cancelled.

@Pepe2019 Do you want to keep your number? If yes, you must keep your PM account active to port out your number to another carrier. When your number ports out to another carrier, your PM account and services will automatically cancel. If you are not looking to keep your number, just suspend your active subscription and your account will close within 90 days or inactivity.

If you go into your subscription and suspend your account, your account and subscription will automatically terminate after 90 days. 

Warning: If you do this, you will permanently lose your telephone number. If you wish to preserve your telephone number, you would need to find another carrier and port the number from public mobile to the new carrier. Your account will automatically close when you do this.
