I want to cancel my subscription on Public mobile.
How do I proceed.

hi, so if you want to keep your current phone number, find a new provider and start the porting process with them. Keep PM mobile account active. Once you port out, that will automatically close the PM account. You will need to sign into your account to get your account number.
If you don't want to keep the phone number, then sign in My Account when your ready and turn off autopay. It's called Manage Subscription, once you do that after 90 days of no payment or available funds, the account will be closed.
