I cancelled my service months ago and I still am being charged my monthly fee.

How did you "cancel" your service, @Dave1947 ?
There's no user-option to cancel service, there's other self- serve steps one must take.

Sign onto your account and go to Payments. In that tab click Manage Subscription then turn Subscribed Off.
If that’s off then submit a ticket to a CS agent using the chat bot.
