Hello there. I opened a phone number for my dad in July. I signed up for auto-pay but haven't registered for the online self-serve account. Now, my dad went back to Asia and took the SIM card as well. I need to cancel his number but since it requires text verification to activate the account, I cannot do that. Please help me! Thank you!

sign in to Self-Serve, to review your account, to you removed Autopay,
or by dialling 1-855-4PUBLIC and entering your 10 digit phone number then removed your Autopay,
or Explain your issue to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent ,
they can solve your issue, they are nice service Team the will help you 100%.
