I decided not to go ahead with my subscription. I haven't received my SIM card yet; therefore, I haven't activated my phone. How do I cancel my subscription and get reimbursed for the first month I haven't used/activated? I tried to go into My Account under subscription, but there's nothing there.

Thank you for your advice. My subscription has been cancelled and I already received my reimbursement.
