I am wondering if any Canadian customers tried to add DATA only and couldn't do that. It looks to me that it is a software issue.

Weird that you cannot purchase it. I just tried all the data add ons and it showed up showing me the amount after taxes. I also tried the minutes and they all worked. I tried online, i didn't try the app.

It is not about my phone but about the app or browser that it is NO OPTION to clock and choose that you want 1GB, 2GB, etc. Options can be seen via browser but NOWHERE to click.

Maybe try rebooting your phone or clear the cache on your browser or open a new browser in incognito and see if that works.

For me it doesn't work either on the app or the browser. It is a software issue they are looking into. Unless you checked on your own, probably it is not relevant, neither offer any new info/solution but thank you.

@DeliaCarmen Is it possible you have data limiter set on phone by any chance ? Also ensure you still have cell data turned on and didn’t turn it off by accident

My friend is on the $18 plan and he doesn’t have any issues with the Data add-on when his data runs out.

@DeliaCarmen Try rebooting the phone first and test again sometimes that’s all that’s needed , also ensure you bought correct add on also if all else fails you can get support to verify and fix by using the orange chat icon bottom right of screen
