Can text but no call ability.

I can text but no calling abilities, in or out. Cannot submit a ticket. I tried all the solutions sim out wait, back in. Airplane mode. Still not working. Can anyone help? Getting nowhere with customer service. Very frustrating Thanks in advance

What is the make and model of your phone? Your phone will need VoLTE so check the IMEI if your phone.
