Today I can't use my phone on calling in and out. What is the problem with it?

I am facing the same issue and got a new sim card, but not working. Maybe connect the CS-agent.
Have you tried more then one number/person? What about text and data?
No, I am not new to pm. I called by dialing the number each time. There was a dialing signal but the other party didn't receive it.

Issues with outgoing phone calls are unrelated to number porting.

There could have been a momentary network issue. Some of the time, restarting your phone can speed up the service reconnection process.
