Can't use mobile data

I can't access my mobile data. It says sign into public mobile. I've signed in and it appears to be active but it is giving me this list of possible reasons which none of them apply.

Where do the agents respond to me? I put in a ticket and I've gotten  nothing back.

I tried all of that and nothing worked.

I had the same problem. CS_Agent responded after 48 hours and told me to download a new eSIM. They credited me $5 to purchase the new one. I had data immediately after installing.

remove your old carrier sim card and disable old carrier esim

Enable PM sim and set it as Primary.  Then Reboot phone and Reset network settings and try

Ive been with public mobile for 2 days now and have not been able to access my mobile data. What do I need to do to make my data work. It is a samsung s23 Ultra phone. I can make phone calls and take incoming phone calls but I can't use mobile data at all. I have public mobile on my Esim. Would it maybe work if I got a regular sim card? Ive done the toggling into air plane mode, ive set up the APN, ive reset the network, ive restarted the phone, ive logged into my account so many times, ive removed my old sim card and reset my network again and restarted the phone again and nothing is working. What can I do to make my data workn?

It is a samsung galaxy s23 ultra. I can make and receive calls just fine but I can't use any mobile data. I removed the old sim card and reset the network again and restarted the phone. Nothing has changed.

I did all of that and still can't use the mobile data.

what phone is that? can you make inbound calls and receive inbound calls?

remove your old carrier sim card, disable old carrier esim

Then reboot phone and click Reset network settings and test
