I changed my SIM card and now it says I need an add on to make a call that is not long distance

That's an interesting addition.
Restart after suspending? Then restart after resuming? I've so far been suggesting just the final restart. So that would be good information to know. Thanks

Does any other part of your service still work (text or data)?
When you log in to selfserve, what plan does it say that you have?
