Can't log a community support ticket

I inputted all the required information in the form but an error message came up and ticket would not be processed.

New client just signed up tonight trying to transfer number from Koodo post paid, didn't go through.  Horrible customer experience so far.

@Ethxn  My guess is the IMEI is the issues it’s not needed and usually causes issues . Just call number and give them the Koodo  account number

Yes, I included the account number and IMEI in the form.

@Ethxn  If Koodo sim still working then Kirt didn’t complete . Did you happen to use the IMEI ? You can ignore the IMEI and just use the Koodo account number instead . Give the number a call in the morning might be closed now . And they. Can re start the porting  process

yes, SIM is in phone and working.

@Ethxn  Did you leave the Koodo SIM card in the phone to reply YES to the confirmation text to port ? Does the Koodo sim still work ? 
 
I’ll send you the porting team number private message they can re trigger the port request for you if needed 

but to contact support here’s how 

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen

Activation error message was "Subscription not activated.  Something did not go right activating your subscription"
