Can't install esim and setup issues

Hello Public Mobile team,

I’m currently unable to complete my eSIM activation. The app shows “Maintenance Mode”, and my iPhone only displays SOS with no Public Mobile plan showing under Cellular settings.

I have already transferred my number and approved the transfer, but now I have no service and cannot install the eSIM. When I try to log in online, my account shows no information or active plan.

Could you please assist me with completing my activation or provide guidance on when the maintenance will end? Also, I’d appreciate help with reinstalling the eSIM or receiving a new activation link.

try reboot phone and reset network settings

if phone still shows SOS, you need to ask PM support agent to help.  Usually you should submit ticket by Chatbot.  But since you cannot login, you have no choice but to submit by direct message here:          https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

Then you should try and contact PM. Try the chat bot to open a ticket pr use the link below to private message them.

The app works now, but I can’t logon, it sends me a verification code by email which I can type in, and then it sends me one by text which I can’t receive since my phone shows “SOS” because I have no service since my account isn’t setup

It looks like the site under maintenance at the moment.  You will haft to try again in the morning.
