Can’t get the verification code from SMS

Hi , I can’t get the verification code from SMS. Can you help me to change the way to get the code by email?  Thank you.

@Ethanhohoba1 if you do not see the options I mentioned in my post abve,  then you'll have to message PM using the link there

Hello @Ethanhohoba1 

If you click on didn't get code, you can have it sent to email if that option is there, or you may have it sent via a voice call. Those options should be there. Give it a try.

Remove your email , we are just community members 

You can click Didn't receive code or Resend code in the 2FA step and check if email is an option 

Or if not, ask PM to help
