Just purchased the Sim card a couple months back. I bought the Sim card using my credit card. Now when I try and put in her information and her credit card info into the plan I want for her it does not work (basically the form information freezes up). Is there a reason why this is happening ? Is this caused by the Sim Card already tied to my Credit Card because I bought it?

Try a different browser...
For whatever reason I had to use Chrome to get things working for the three lines I did, no idea why Edge was being a pain.

@q_knight36, the credit card used to make the SIM card purchase does not have to be the same credit card used for paying for the service. I suggest that if you are having issues with activation, try redoing it using incognito mode. There may be some cached information from a previous session that is interfering with your new session.
