I can't download the app as the Google store tells me app is not available in my country. I need a refund how do I get it?

Click on Resend Code/Didn’t Receive Code then have the 2FA code sent to your email.

Through my Canadian CC, I can't submit the ticket as It keeps sending me 6 digit code to my number, which I don't have access.

How did you pay for the new plan with PM?
A Canadian CC or debit? PM only take Canadian cards.
If you did, click on the Chat icon and type in Submit a Ticket then Contact for a refund.
Another option is to have a friend or family download the PM app and activate a SIM but it won’t work for eSIM because it will activate eSIM on their phone.
