Can't change plan

Hi everyone,

My plan just expired. I want to change cheaper plan and I already top up enough money. but when I choose a plan I want to change and the bottom below changed to top up to reactivate plan. I can't change it. Anyone knows what's this situation? thank you.

It gives several options for new plans. When I choose the new plan and confirm , nothing happens

When you click on Plan Details in the middle area under Account Status what do you see?

@Azurestates, what does it didn't work mean?  What have you done, and what do you see?

A change on next renewal will change overnight on Payment Date (AutoPay, money in balance already etc...).  Early morning the plan should change to what you desire.

Have you scheduled it?  Has your plan renewed ??  Or are you waiting for it to renew?  Is your plan currently active?

@xiaowen1018 if it is urgent renew your more epemsive plan then ask the mods to credit your account the difference and have them put you on the cheaper plan

@xiaowen1018 You cannot change it while your current status is expired/suspended. You will need to send a private message to the Moderator_Team with your account info and they will change/adjust it.
