My number will not port, can't activate. Can I just get a new number?

if it cannot, you can login My Account and pick a new number from Profile. when you login, click "didn't receive code" and then pick email to receive the code

@Cloakerz did you already requested the porting and it has no error? if you have requested and no error at the step, then the number can be ported, just some steps missed. There is a porting team you can call, I cannot post the number here, but I will send you the number to your inbox.
