Hi @Truho , which steps have you taken so far? Are you porting your number over from another carrier or are you an existing client trying to move the eSim from an old phone to a new one?

Did you download the Public Mobile app to your brand new iPhone pro max?
That's the process.
If did clear the app cache, uninstall it and install again and go to Account and purchase the eSIM.
