Can't access account

I have active account for my father. But I cant get log into it. Hoping to find a solution.  Dosent matter what I do say email invalid.  I can get in this account and this isnt the correct one.

It is probably the incorrect password. The email is just the login ID.

you need to open ticket with PM to get it sorted.  PM will reply you, since it is online, you can reply on behalf for your father
