Hi!
I had activated my SIM card on this website. Then I was trying to sign in, but I wrote security word wrong 5 times, because I forget how to write it exactly. My account was had locked out. And also, looks like, my computer changed the password accidentally and didn't saved it. Because of it I can't contact with support. I understand it's funny story, but I can't pay the plan next month. So, I need help.

If it is showing your account is now locked, wait a full hour first and try again
If issue persists, try to use the forgot password link there ( https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/ ) to reset the password yourself. Once a correct email address is entered, you just need to answer the security question you had setup before to complete the self-reset process
If you are unable to reset it that way, you will have to open ticket with PM Support and have them to assist the password reset process
