Hi guys, i'm using the 25 for 30 plan with data and everytime i try calling someone there's an automatic voice that said talk is not included in my plan. Can someone tell me why?

Even for a provincial calling plan, the province that you are registered in or the city/province of your phone number makes zero difference. For outgoing calls, it only maters where you are and where you are calling.

When you dial *611 on your phone what happens?

@NhiBui Check your account and make sure it says Active. If it does then go to Plan and Addons --> Lost/Stolen Phone and click Suspend Service, log out, wait 5 minutes, log back in , resume service, and restart your phone.
