unfortunately all moderators are gone for the day..they work from 9am est. to 9pm est. .... so for sure nothing will happen tonight....
i read here in the community forums, that you must have an account in good standing ( active ) in order to port the number... but due to huge demand and glitches in the system tons are stuck in space with their ports and mods are working hard to fix this....so you are not alone...not to excuse anything, but other's in the same situation simply reduced their old provider's plan to bare minimum and waited for the port o happen..
currently moderators are working on all request submitted up the nov. 19th ...
i know it doesn't help you or others, but at least you have a timeline knowing, that if you contacted the mods the correct way, that you will hear from them any time very soon... i nevertheless tag them once more @Mary_M

Lots peoples facing the same situation. The only way is waiting. I think you should pay your chart one more moths to keep your number and ask PM to recalculate your services.
