What are you trying to accomplish? There are several ways to interpret this request and various possible solutions, each with different pros and cons.

For example, One solution to what you may be trying to accomplish is swap SIM cards between phones if the desire is to have the opposite phone on each account / phone number.

No.  PM does not switch phone number between accounts.  

All Canadian providers do not switch number between accounts.  It is not just PM.
