I am unable to make outgoing calls or receive incoming calls

I am able to make outgoing call just fine. However, I did experience something weird happening in the evening. My phone gave a few notification saying my data services has been temporarily disconnected.

Looks like a PM service issue.  Several customers (including myself) had calling service not work.  You can contact customer service agent to escalate to tech team.

I am going to wait overnight.  My plan is renewing overnight.  My phone stopped working about 5 PM MT when roughly the renewal process starts.  Hopefully, it starts working by morning.
