Something else went wrong with your port then. Since you are unable to receive phone calls and text messages. I will private message you the Telus/Koodo team porting phone number. This can be only used for porting issues.

Your port may not have been successful. Did you respond "yes" to your old carrier's port request confirmation text? Is data working? Are you able to do outgoing calls and send texts?
