So, I can call out on my phone, but my data is not working. And before you ask… I have only used 14.61 out of 180GB… so I have the data.
-yes I tried restarting phone
-yes I submitted a ticket, I don’t have the luxury of being able to wait for them to answer
-any other suggestions?

What phone do you have?
Try Reset Network Settings
If you have an Android phone, make sure you disable the Mobile Data Limit. You might also want to confirm the APN settings:

Did you try and reset your network setting
