Calling canada

If i understand my account correctly, i should be able to make calls from the Usa to canada. I was unable to complete that repeatedly today. I did have data and messaging in the US, but no calling ability. What can i do to correct this ?

@cngham1brett  Is your phone on PM's VoLTE list bottom of this link, or a newer version of one?

If not you will need to try and connect to T-Mobile's 2G network as the US has shut down 3G.

Manually set it tmobile or at&t use 4g if that doesn't work try 2g
