I'm unable to call out any unable to get call

Login to account and check to see if your account is still Active. Also if you are on the $15 plan, check to see if you used up the 100 minutes.

Otherwise, there could be an outage in your area. So check the outage map:

just saw another post about this

 

but first, login to My Account using Incognito/Private/Secret browser mode and check if account is active

Reboot the phone once

you can also try changing your network to 3G 

 

If still not work, please submit ticket with CS agent:

 

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):
