If you are using Android phones, there are some 3rd-party apps to help you forwarding text. As mentioned above, iOS also allows you to forward SMS. However, both require your phone (the phone that has number to be forwarded) to be ON.

@esjliv Correct me if I am wrong, but this requires that the phone be on, receive the text and then it forwards it. That isn't the same thing as call forwarding where your phone doesn't need to be on.

Hi @rythwiksharma ,
Do you have an iPhone?
For Android, try:
Forward your text messages
Your forwarded text messages will show up in your email or texting app.
- On your Android device, open the Voice app
- At the top left, tap Menu
- Under Messages, turn on the forwarding you want:
- Forward messages to linked numbers—Tap, and then next to the linked number, check the box.
- Forward messages to email—Sends text messages to your email.

@rythwiksharma You mean the SMS aren't forwarded? That isn't possible to forward SMS/MMs like calls. Or do you mean with calls forwarded you are no longer receiving SMS/MMS on that phone?
