I originally tried to call forward to a U.S Twilio number, but you out we can only forward to a Canada number. So, I obtained a Canadian number, but I still get an 804 error message. I am using the format as provided by OM

It turned out to be a problem with the Twilio phone number. Thanks for all the replies

that would be a question for PM now. Some have problem with Forwarding in general and need PM to reset the account
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:

Yes, it is a Canadian area code. It is Vancouver

does it has a Canadian area code ? if it is 1800 number, it won't work
