Call forwarding to UAE

Hi,

I would like to set up a call numbers to number in United Arab Emirates (UAE). But, it was not successful. 

The error message I get is: 

Failed to read data

Something went wrong. Check you SIM card or network connection, then try again. 

For your info, I am able to send SMS to a UAE number but I can not call it.

If there is a bundle that I should take before making calls to UAE, please let me know.

Here is a list of where you can call with PM

Countries included in international long distance include: Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Venezuela. Calls must originate from Canada. Any unused minutes will roll over to your next cycle.

Since it's not there, you won't be able to call there.

What about calling UAE number? I am not able to call a UAE number but I send an SMS.
Any plan you recommend for that?

Hello @DjamelAbdell 

You can only call forward to Canadian numbers. You can not use your service out there. Can only be used in Canada and US.
