I just drove 1.5 hours and paid $10 to get a SIM card, created a new account because i was not allowed to switch my PM plan, paid another $21 for new subscription, and now my phone says "no SIM"

Hi @Bill66, have you registered your new SIM card on the PM app on your phone? Did you turn off your phone to install the SIM card, or have you restarted your phone after after registering on the app and installing it on the phone?
