@YSK  - we are not customer support agents (CSAs) here on the community. We are customers, just like you.

Reaching public mobile employees is vague and not obvious around here; so many others have this same issue realizing this.

Tagging the customer support agents here is unlikely to get their attention.  Did you receive an e-mail mesage from Public Mobile about your activaiton and about your eSIM information?
